My truck got fixed, washed / cleaned up and they buffed out scratches in the clear coat. The truck looks great!! 👍 Excellent job.

The window still “ whistles “ at freeway speeds so I need to bring my Tacoma back in to fix this original problem. Window Weather stripping will help this issue. I’ve talked to the shop at 50th and Powell to make arrangements to take care of this. They buffed out clear coat scratches etc. the truck looks great! But we’ve got to fix the weather stripping. Stay tuned. JWE

Everyone was super nice and professional. Shannon was patient with all my questions/concerns and made sure I was updated from drop off till pick up. I was informed and appreciate the thorough assessment. I’m grateful that it ended up being an easy fix and not a major issue. If I ever need a repair again, I will definitely only go to Classic Collision in SE Powell. I won’t hesitate to recommend the shop either. Excellent and 10 stars ⭐️ across the board. The only thing I suggest is that they have a write awning with their name on it over the entry door. And trim back the street tree. It’s very hard for a new customer like me to spot the building. I had to circle the block twice!

The repair was okay. There was one thing that didn't get fixed and it was the plastic part that holds the license plate to the front bumper. The corner was cracked from the accident and I was just really shocked that the bumper was repaired but that piece wasn't? I guess it wasn't included in the repair? I don't know just seems really odd that you guys would repair the entire bumper and not the license plate holder. But its fine. my car works. the vehicle looks fine. Other than the plastic license plate holder that is still chipped from the accident.
