Very pleased with the text message updates on the progress of the car. The replaced door seems fine and all the electronics work. I’m glad they made sure of that. I appreciate the interior being vacuumed. I did reach out after picking it up to see how soon I could have the exterior washed. It needs it. They said to wait a certain amount of time before I take it through a car wash with brushes. There were a couple of small scratches on the opposite side of the car that the service provider noted when I dropped it off. I was thinking those were going to be repaired, I would have paid out of pocket to have them fixed. I should have clarified and asked more questions about having that done, if possible. All in all I am glad I brought it to this Classic Collision. Staff were nice, especially the front desk person. I would definitely recommend this business!
