Everything was handled in a smooth, friendly and professional manner from start to finish and the team communicated with me regularly and proactively. The entire team at Mackin’s communicated clearly through the whole process. This was my first time handling an accident like this, so I was COMPLETELY out of my element. The entire team at Mackins’ was helpful, kind, and really patient with all of my questions (and I had a lot). They worked with my insurance quickly and efficiently. The most important part for me though was that they prioritize their customer care. It is their number one goal and it shows. I was pretty nervous with all of this, but they made me feel much better about things and walked me through it all. I’m so thankful that I chose Mackins for my repairs!
