The frustrating feeling of having a damaged vehicle was very hard. Your team helped to make the process go very smooth. Everyone was friendly, considerate and genuinely happy to get my vehicle fixed and returned to me in a timely manner. I appreciated the text updates on how the repair was moving forward while finishing earlier than anticipated. My SUV looks amazing. My experience with Mackins Auto Body Shop from start to finish was a 10/10. Tracy the front desk employee got me in ASAP to have my car fixed from the vandalism. She was cheerful, polite, professional and answered all my questions. Nick the mechanic/technician was amazing as well. He gave me weekly updates on the status of the part that needed to be ordered and my car was finished within one week. They also detailed my car which I was not expecting but I really appreciated it. I would HIGHLY recommend them to family and friends. Thank you to Tracy and Nick at Mackins for all your help.
