It took twice as long to complete than estimated. Part was sent to the wrong dealership and ended up being the wrong part. Still had to have the car sent to VW to have setting fixed, which not all features are working. Staff was friendly and I did like the text updates.

Everyone was so nice making sure the car was fixed and then cleaned inside and out! Then on top of that Buck took care of my rental return. I had my car back in just a couple of days. Thanks so much!

Overall I'm satisfied with my repair. Initially I had some concerns about work that was done. I expressed those concerns to the body shop manager Buck. He was extremely helpful and corrected all the issues very quickly. Because of Bucks professionalism and quick attention to issues I would use his shop again if body repairs are needed.
