I am disatified with my experience at Doherty Ford because I received poor customer service from the employees. I was not updated on the status of my vehicle when I was told I would be. And it took almost two months for my vehicle to be finished. Overall I am disappointed with the staff's demeanor and work ethic.

They didn't fully repair the vehicle and when I brought it to their attention they claimed it was a door ding instead of part of the accident.
