Don Jacobs Paint and Body is a family owned auto repair business that has been serving our community at the Nicholasville road location since 1973. Our goal is to provide high quality repairs on a timely basis. We work with all insurance companies and work on all makes and models of cars and trucks. We endeavor to provide a high level of customer communication throughout the repair process including text and email messaging with vehicle owners. We have I-car certified technicians and state of the art equipment to restore the vehicle to pre-accident condition.

There was a lack of communication that lead to my car being there for over a week with no estimate of when it would be finished. I did not even know they had begun working on it until they had texted me saying it would be ready later that day. Then it took 2 more days until it was actually ready as the wrong part had been ordered. I'm very impressed with the quality of work but the communication is poor.
