Don Jacobs Paint and Body is a family owned auto repair business that has been serving our community at the Nicholasville road location since 1973. Our goal is to provide high quality repairs on a timely basis. We work with all insurance companies and work on all makes and models of cars and trucks. We endeavor to provide a high level of customer communication throughout the repair process including text and email messaging with vehicle owners. We have I-car certified technicians and state of the art equipment to restore the vehicle to pre-accident condition.

I REFUSE to recommend this shop. There are multiple violations and some of the staff as well well as the workmanship is SUBSTANDARD. This is not the kind of service I expect after spending NEARLY $14,000 from my insurance company. I am DISSATISFIED with the work and I WILL NOT return to this bodyshop in the future. I will be following up with USAA and advise against sending work to this facility.

workmanship was TERRIBLE. Parts installed IMPROPERLY. Personal identifiable information from other clients was left in my vehicle. Trash and spit cups left in my vehicle. Inside of vehicle was trashed and filthy. Had to return to bodyshop twice to have bodyshop correct mistakes. Original installed items were damaged during work.

Attitude of Sally Thomas, front desk, was horrible. She was rude and disrespectful. Discussed with manager Mr. Miekes, and he told me he worked with her for 30 years. Well should be aware of the need to remain professional and respectful to customers. She should not need a class in customer relations with such extensive experience.

Overall great experience....it took a little longer to get the SAAB back, but as we know with the passing of the company, parts are not as easy to come by as they used to be. Cord and Team did a great job putting the car back together!
