Don Jacobs Paint and Body is a family owned auto repair business that has been serving our community at the Nicholasville road location since 1973. Our goal is to provide high quality repairs on a timely basis. We work with all insurance companies and work on all makes and models of cars and trucks. We endeavor to provide a high level of customer communication throughout the repair process including text and email messaging with vehicle owners. We have I-car certified technicians and state of the art equipment to restore the vehicle to pre-accident condition.

Took longer than anticipated and cost to insurance company was greater than first told, but they did find parts that were not expected to need replacing. They were very good to me in understanding my terrible work schedule. I work two hours out of town and have 13 hour shifts.
