Don Jacobs Paint and Body is a family owned auto repair business that has been serving our community at the Nicholasville road location since 1973. Our goal is to provide high quality repairs on a timely basis. We work with all insurance companies and work on all makes and models of cars and trucks. We endeavor to provide a high level of customer communication throughout the repair process including text and email messaging with vehicle owners. We have I-car certified technicians and state of the art equipment to restore the vehicle to pre-accident condition.

couldnt open door from the inside once I got it home. took it back to repair and a few days later the door panel on that door fell off

My only complaint was that there were two problems with the car when I picked it up. One was that the mechanics had neglected to attach the wires for the remote keylesws entry on the driver's door and the second was a bad, deep scratch below the headlight. Both problems were fiuxed quickly and beautifully however, it was an inconvenience and that led me to give you a "9" instead of a "10".

The service on my car was tremendous the body shop was the best I have ever encountered!!! The people were professional and made me feel that my business was important to them. I received almost daily updates on my car and the work was super! I will gladly recommend them to friends and family!!! Don Jacobs is first class!!!
