Don Jacobs Paint and Body is a family owned auto repair business that has been serving our community at the Nicholasville road location since 1973. Our goal is to provide high quality repairs on a timely basis. We work with all insurance companies and work on all makes and models of cars and trucks. We endeavor to provide a high level of customer communication throughout the repair process including text and email messaging with vehicle owners. We have I-car certified technicians and state of the art equipment to restore the vehicle to pre-accident condition.

The spacing of the hood and fender was not consistent from front to back and the hood was slightly hanging over the grill to a greater extent on the damaged side than on the u damaged side. The sales associate assured me that the repair would restore it to like ne.

Adam Ferguson was top notch at keeping me informed. However when the car was taken for service for the alignment I can't say the same for them. Waited on a bolt for a week and then they ordered the wrong part. Thank goodness Adam was great and compensated for their incompetence.
