Don Jacobs Paint and Body is a family owned auto repair business that has been serving our community at the Nicholasville road location since 1973. Our goal is to provide high quality repairs on a timely basis. We work with all insurance companies and work on all makes and models of cars and trucks. We endeavor to provide a high level of customer communication throughout the repair process including text and email messaging with vehicle owners. We have I-car certified technicians and state of the art equipment to restore the vehicle to pre-accident condition.

The cross traffic sensor that I was told was installed today has a warninglight saying its not functional. The timing of all my repairs was mistakenly exaggerated or outright lied about. No way to tell. I have all communications in text. I went with you all because of the reputation of Don Jacob's as a whole. This experience has not been a good one
