Felicia Tannehill was awesome, beginning with getting my car scheduled for repair, keeping me updated on the status of my repair, and promptly getting me back on the road when it was ready for pickup. She was willing to stay late on a Friday afternoon, allowing me time to drive from Stillwater to Tulsa to pick up my car and have it available to drive for the weekend instead of the rental! I can't thank her enough for going above and beyond!
