All repair top quality, and happy to have used "appearance allowance" -- but wish one of several "allowances" was more clearly explained that it would not be able to be buffed out...may have chosen to replace if I'd known that. Other "allowances" turned out as explained and expected.

Alignment of the bumper and hood was great. The paint matched and blended well. Only gripe is that I got the car without the headlights plugged in. I did not find this out until I was driving home from work and at dusk, had someone pull out and almost hit my car (again) because the lights weren't on. I then pulled over and plugged them in and nothing bad happened, but PLEASE plug in the lights for other customers.

Collin was great. Some of the other office personnel were a bit judgmental and gave me attitude when I mentioned that I couldn't pick up the car when it was done earlier than expected. My availability is not at the whim of the shop, and the fact that it is in the shop is an inconvenience in and of itself. I did not appreciate the attitude. I'm only giving an 8, because working with Collin was great.
