I 100% regret my decision to bring my car to Dons. They are money hungry and want to fix what benefits them and not the car. They tried to withhold information of how they valued the car and were defensive when I tried to receive information. The lack of customer service skills is deplorable. They tried to say stuff was not related when it is. Please you will be 100% more satisfied if you take the car somewhere else.

I'm satisified with Don's Body Shop, but not Dobb's. Don's had there part of the repair done but it is taking far to long for Dobb's to do there part.

I was very happy with the work Don's did on my old car when it was damaged, so they were the first place I thought to take it when it had to be towed away from the crash. Will definitely be back if necessary, and can recommend them without reservations.

My only complaint was that I didn't have more advanced notice about it being ready. I had a very busy Friday with an important early evening event, and my schedule had already been thrown off, putting me behind. Out of the blue, they called to say it was done, & I had to drop everything to return the rental car & pick up my car. If my husband hadn't taken a half-day for a separate event he had that evening, I wouldn't have been able to pick it up & get to my event on time. A call on Thursday would have been exceptionally helpful. Otherwise, they did update me when there were other normal delays, and answered all my questions. So, very close to excellent.
