There was an issue with some incorrect parts being sent and I was informed that they didn't know when the correct parts would be in, but they were already on the way at that point .

The shop did an excellent job from start to finish. Got us in right away for an estimate. We had a snow storm and they had to close for a couple days but was able to make up for that time finishing up early the following week. My car came out looking better than before my accident. Everyone was fantastic throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend them to anyone. This is our second time using their services. We had insurance but also know they were very reasonable and did not take advantage of price gouging! Thank you for great service all the way around !
