You would never be able to tell there was damage. The paint looked great and all panels were straight.

The staff were great to work with. There was ample communication through the process. Only concern was minor on the day of pickup and knowing the vehicle would be ready before close. Not normally a big deal but with a rental that would need to be extended, I felt a bit rushed by the end of the day with the logistics and it drove more time from my day negotiating an extension in case I needed it.

Hail storms are never good but thanks to Dons body shop they made the situation best it could be, they continued to work with my insurance company and got it all takin care of. Car came back looking like new.

The staff & technicians at Don's Body Shop did an outstanding job repairing my vehicle. Once completed, I could NOT see where the damage had occurred. Additionally, they kept me informed each step of the way and when I picked up my car, it was clean and like new, inside and out.
