The door guard strip was not put on in the same place that it was removed from. So now not only does a dent show but the old adhesive or scratches show. I have to go back and take more time out of my day to get this fixed. I am not happy.

I called with my issue and nobody called me back. I had to call again on Monday but I will leave this to the fact that it was midday on Friday when I called and first thing in the morning on Monday.

The jury is still out on this one, it depends on how it is handled when we bring it back in to have these final things worked on.

Rear back up sensors not working, need to be fixed or calibrated, one small rough spot under the driver door/running board - I’ll point this out when we bring it back in to have the sensors looked at. There are some rear bolts on the black fenders that should be black but are not, rear driver side fender assembly. The ones you used were silver. Weird shaking/vibration when you get up to 45-55mph, still not sure what might be causing this.

The car was supposed to be done on Monday 4/13 but it took another 4 days wi the it not being ready until 4/17. Contact was OK, it was just always late.

Amazing, so trustworthy and honest with the lifetime guarantee on work completed!!! The dealership wanted $8500 for unnecessary work, Don’s did the work for $700!!!! So thankful, I will never take a car anywhere else.

Great service, trustworthy business! The Kia dealership estimate Wes 8500 and Don’s did it for $700 and lifetime warranty. The dealership wanted to remove the dash and airbag system to fix a wire, clearly not necessary. Thank you Don’s !

Everything is great except now my brakes squeak some, and I’m unsure if they replaced the brakes But most importantly, the right side of my car at the hood has a bigger gap in it than it had before. I pointed this out to the man who went over every detail that they did and he said that it’s within acceptable standards from Kia, however, every time I pass a semi truck on the highway, my car makes a whistling noise. I really would like that fixed and trimmed down as I requested before, but he said it was within Kia standards. I don’t agree and I wish to have the lining over the headlight trimmed down so that the hood can shut properly and water does not get in. It’s about between a half inch to an inch gap on the right side of my hood.
