The work completed was great but they have opportunities to communicate more completely upfront. I didn’t know until drop off that the repairs would take 8 business days.

They need to community at the time of booking what to expect during the repair process; how long g it should take and some estimate of cost. They would not provide any estimate until they had taken the car apart.
