Double Dee’s Chariot recently completed a complex insurance claim on my 2021 Dodge Challenger. During the entire process the whole team at Double Dee’s Chariot was kind, patient and very empathetic to our family’s concerns. The owner took the time out of his extremely busy schedule to explain every twist and turn this repair took and personally saw to it that when the car was completed that it looked good and more importantly everything that he needed to repair was up to manufacturers specs using the correct parts regardless of what the insurance company was trying to implement that he use. Honestly I could never see myself ever using any other shop to do any of my work on any of my cars other then Double Dee’s Chariot. They are the consummate professionals and great people.

They kept me informed every step of the repairs and they had the car rental company pick me up and when the repairs were done they notified me and the car rental company that they were done. I would rate them 5 stars out of 5 stars.
