We are very pleased. My first reaction when I entered your reception area to get a quote was to the receptionist, I later found out it is Doug's daughter, that this is the cleanest auto body shop that I have ever been in. That portrayed their attention to detail which won me over along with the respect Sean gave me while preparing the estimate to repair.

The job was done well but I think it took too long and communication was not good. My car was supposed to be ready on a Friday and when I showed up to pick it up at 4:00 pm it was not and nobody had called me to let me know it wouldn't be ready until the following Monday. The only communication I kept receiving were computer-generated e-mails that kept saying the car would be ready on Friday at 4:15pm.
