If they would have fixed a 2x2 square of paint they’d have gotten 100% all the way across the board. But now I gotta fuss over this spot 2x2 inches.

There is a paint problem on the side my rear quarter panel. I have pictures and have submitted them and spoke to my claims agent at State Farm. I tryed to explain it to your staff but they just kept telling me it was a bubble? I know it wasn’t there when I turned the car in to be fixed. Now all the sudden it’s been there. I’m unhappy that it seemed to small a spot to fix when it clearly happened while Douglas collision had it.
