Things hi expected to be done or not and when I questioned it I was told that it was due to a prior paint job. It seems to be an easy excuse to blame any defects in workmanship and prior work. Up until now I thought that DOUGLAS performed good workmanship, and recommended them frequently. I won’t be doing that anymore.
