I was told the repairs would take no longer than one week. I was being sent an update once a week. After the second week of my car not being finished I stopped receiving text updates. I was then receiving emails that parts were shipped in empty boxes and they were still waiting on some ect. After over 30 days I finally received a call late Friday my car was ready. Once I got home I noticed my rear view camera was not working, nor were any sensors in my car. The cosmetic/body work looks good but the time and overall experience was terrible. The only reason we chose this place was because the insurance suggested it. But a week after my car was picked up I received a text asking if I paid a balance I already paid upon picking up my car and then I was asked if I even picked up my car…….

The work that was done, was very good. I just would have liked to have been updated.. without having to call first. I was told it would be a 3 day job, and it was 2 weeks. And the back noise is still there. It wasn't before he hit me, so it is due to something with the accident.

The paint job was good, however the back tire/wheel/axle is still making the loud noise. I called and said I would bring it back in next week.

Everyone including myself can't tell where the repaired areas are. Also I was concerned whether they would be able to match the paint color for a 11 year old truck. The paint is a perfect match even in bright sun.
