Great experience!!! But I expected that because this is my second time using Douglas collision. I choose them because last time was my first time needing repair and they were not only good with the repair they also made it super easy. The communication was excellent the guy Tim was amazing at explaining everything and like I said they made it super easy for me. If there is a third time(which I would hope not) I WILL use them again!!!!!
