Excellent communications about the current state of repairs. Dealt with the insurance company effectively. Was able to drop my rental car with them saving me a trip. A mile down the road I stopped for gas and opened my hatchback (the major piece repaired) and a clip popped off and a piece of molding was loose. Took it back, repair guy apologized and had it popped back in in under 1 minute. Highly recommend these folks.
