The job performed on the repair was excellent. There was an unfortunate accidental dripping of some sticky substance on the top of my vehicle - discovered upon returning home from picking up the car. This was immediately reported to Doug’s Repair, and I was assured that the cleanup of this sticky substance will be taken care of in the coming days.

Doug’s Custom Paint has the most knowledgeable and experienced crew in their company. They are top of the line body shop! They did such and amazing job on my car that you can’t even tell you was in a collision. My car looks brand new! The repairs were taken care of in an amazing time, considering that they are 3 months behind, they still put my car first. I will highly recommend them to everyone!

This is by far the best paint and repair shop in the west San Fernando Valley. Doug is an excellent business owner and his customer service is more like an 11+! I’ve been ripped off by other similar shops in the neighborhood so I have stayed extremely loyal to Doug’s, and that loyalty has been repaid 1000 fold over the years! There is nothing better than a fabulous working relationship with a local business.
