The service manager, Mike, did not return my calls, this happened during 2 different experiences in trying to get a paint repair. In fact, I had to leave a message threatening to call his manager if I did not hear back, this was after 2 attempts without a return call.

We were disappointed that the scratch that was most evident due to the crash was not repaired. The areas that were repaired were done very well.

Been out of the country and just took a look at your work you did on the car. The outside looks ok . BUT, looked in the back seat and it looks like when you took the back window out and you scraped the black adhesive off that is used to hole and seal the rear window in , it got on the back seat.( Light colored interior ) it looks like someone tried to brush it off the seat. It left black streaks on both sides of the seat. Then you never said a thing about it. Didn’t even try and clean it off. POOR workmanship. So I will have to pay someone to clean up your lousy work.
