We really want to earn your business!.....And to do that we provide FREE Estimates, we will sanitize the door handles and interior of your vehicle, during the disassembly and blueprinting phase we measure EVERY chassis with a Matrix Wand 3D measuring system and provide a printout, when you sell or trade this vehicle you will be able to show with proof that the frame isn't damaged, we perform a pre and post computer scan searching for any codes that may have been set by the accident and we provide you with a printout, if your vehicle needs a wheel alignment we provide a printout to you showing the specs, we have techs that specialize in certain aspects of the repair, specifically, body repair, frame, mechanical, paint prep, painting, reassembly and cleanup. During the repair process you will receive updates on the status of the repair every work day. Our work performed has a lifetime warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. Bob from Midway was excellent in getting us a timely quote, working with Enterprise and keeping us informed on the process of the repairs. The cost is high for our fleet, however the customer service is well worth it in my experience.
