Despite taking time off from work again to properly reseat driver’s side fender and buff out paint imperfections, your “most long term” employee did not get the fender aligned after a second attempt and the paint tech was not available. I was told when I arrived that I would need to come back again. I was also told that the Richard? is new and trying to take care if everything without his supervisor who is out on medical leave. While I understand staffing issues cause trouble with every business, it looks as though your office took on a job they were not equipped to handle and now I’ve got an expensive car that was immaculately detailed with inferior body and paint work. I didn’t bring it to you to be detailed. I thought because you’re affiliated with the Honda dealership I purchased my car from that your techs could handle Honda work. It seems that is not the case.

Very satisfied with the impressively flawless job completed on my car. Your staff members were considerate, open to questions, informative and quite experienced in completing the bodywork needed to repair my vehicle. They were timely as well. What could have taken 2 to 3 weeks as estimated took only 1 week. The car was impeccably serviced and staff was professional and personable.
