My only complaint was I was told multiple times over 4 weeks that my truck was next. I had an associate that I recommended Downeast to, take his truck in 2 weeks after mine went in and he got his back 3weeks ahead of me.

I've not yet received my vehicle, as it still had a steering wheel problem when I went to pick it up. More work required.

Everything went very well! I was very pleased and appreciated greatly the coordination between Downeast, Amica (my insurance company) and Enterprise car rental! Not to mention how wonderfully my car body was repaired and looked great.

The receptionist was short with her explanations as if I'm a repeat customer. Also, I was told that I could get a rental and that that department opened at 8am and to be there at 8. I only found out when I arrived that you didn't have an agreement with my insurance company that I would have to get a rental elsewhere. The receptionist did set that up but that could have been made clearer to me in the beginning. Btw, the Enterprise personnel were very nice and accommodating.

If my friend was near Brewer, I'd definitely recommend you. If my friend was as far away as I am (1-1/2 hours each way), probably not, especially in winter.
