I really appreciated that they paid attention to my requests, including having the car done by a certain day, even though they couldn't guarantee it. I did get the car back two days before I really needed it, and that was a relief. ALSO the car was immaculate and smelled great inside when I got it back!

i feel that when you finish a vehicle that it should look like a brand new car when the customer comes to pick it up not all covered with dust like it was in storage

When I picked up my car after it was repaired, no person did a walk around inspection with me. That day was close to closing time for the office, so I took my vehicle home. The next day when I was looking it over, I noticed the paint color doesn't quite match. Upon further inspection, I found several areas where the masking lines are unacceptable. Some places paint missing where it was improperly masked, and a few areas that should not have paint on them.

I would definitely it was the fastest place around and the gentleman I spoke to were very understanding and explained things to me well. I spoke with a female that maybe had not been working there as long and was very blunt and matter or fact when I expressed worry and confusion she didnt really seem to want to hear me and I felt like I was taking her time away.
