USAA has not reimbursed me for my 10-day rental because the estimate said it would take 5 days. I told USAA to use you, rented a car from you, bought the vehicle from you, and now USAA says you have not returned two of their messages. This needs attention now.

My only disappointment was that the truck exterior looked like it had been washed a couple of days earlier, but had been sitting under a pollenating tree and was quite dirty with the pollen. A rinse before my scheduled pickup time would have been nice.
