I felt very comfortable with getting my vehicle repaired at Downeast Autobody. Communications were excellent. I was kept abreast of progress, delays and completion. Communications between DE Autobody, Liberty Mutual and Enterprise was smooth and made things easy.

I will recommend for the quality of work but warn them about the slowness they seem proud of, unless they are playing the game like Scotty in Star Trek where you intentionally say it will take longer so it makes you look good.

I was alarmed when they said 60-90 days was the typical repair time, it was done in 30, but that still seems to be poor management if they are taking on more work than they can handle in a reasonable amount of time. Job was done well though.
