Has not been on time once it’s been two weeks late for one reason or another I have had to sy for a rental car since my car has been in your shop . When I picked it up I didn’t make a half a block and heard a noise in the back of the car that they didn’t notice they should do what they say and drove the car before they said it was done I’m not happy at all

I appreciate that Steven Johnson took the time to go over what they were going to do. He took his time in making sure he thoroughly checked every area of my vehicle to ensure he was accessing all of the damage done from the hail storm. He was just awesome. He would give me updates on how things were going, just an outstanding customer service and support. I recommend him to all that wants someone who cares and does an excellent job! I can’t leave out the man that was responsible for me going to Dream Collision Repair in the first place Chris Winnan. I really can’t say enough about Chris. He sold me my car and always looks out for me, he has my back and I’m forever grateful for him. He made sure I had transportation and I appreciated that. If you are ever at Kia Dream look him up.
