The Dream Collision crew were very professional and easy to work with! I specifically worked with Luke on getting my vehicle fixed. He kept me updated through every part of the process! Dream Collision Repair was fantastic! They had constant communication on the status of my vehicle, and made it effortless to pick up my vehicle once it was repaired. Being in a wreck and having car work done can be scary and confusing but they answered all my questions and put my mind at ease. They even asked me if a small ding on the car was apart of the claim, it wasn’t, but I appreciated their attention to detail and care to ask. I would recommend Dream Collision to friends and family. Lawrence, KS is lucky to have such a great shop with people who care and do good business!

Communication was great, and the people I dealt with were great about explaining the process to me and why certain things needed to happen or to take an extra day (insurance stuff i wasn't familiar with). And they did it in a way that wasn't condescending, just very matter of fact. Friendly and great customer service! I will definitely come back if I need collision repair (though hopefully I don't, lol).

From start to finish my service was impeccable. Luke. Made everything so easy and simple to deal with. Receiving the daily updates was very helpful and made me feel as though I was receiving the best service. Upon picking up my vehicle, the the detailing on top of the superb repair placed the cherry on top! For any future repairs I plan on contacting Dream Collision again when needed.

Oh yeah 12/10 here. You guys are infinitely better than collision leaders by the dealership. My car leaked water through the air filter onto the passenger floor board after them and they made me feel horrible for asking them to fix it.
