I called on several occasions to find out when my car would be completed, each time, I was given a day, usually 2-3 up to a week later. I would call after that day and again be told it was going to be several more days. I would say this happened at least three times and extended the overall expected completion date by three weeks at least. It definitely complicated things for me when it came to securing a vehicle to drive until mine was done. And was misleading.
