I was kept informed along the process, I can still see the dent in my door though. Looking straight at it you can't but any angle it is visible. I took my car anyway as I was tired of driving rentals and wanted my car back. It will be fine, the car is 9 years old. Just may want to refine your process to ensure the car is in fact completely repaired.
