I was supposed to pay undeductible, a $500. They charged me 1,609.00 I was really upset. I'm trying to call them. Hopefully in the morning, I can get a hold of someone. is this what you guys do is try to collect from the insurance and the customer too. That's what it looks like.I'm not happy.I'm sorry if I have to write this down.But before you even charge someone you need to check and see his deductible is what he's supposed to pay. Sam is the one that took care of this..She should have been the one charging me instead. Not her team staff. I hope you guys read this and try to fix it with me. Im calling my bank to stop payment."
