I would like someone to call me, I think they might have had to disconnect the battery cables and didn’t tighten them back up, I don’t know. I just know while I’m listening to music it cuts in and out like there’s some kind of short or loose connection. Didn’t happen before I took it in.

If your company doesn’t know how to work on an Audi A4, they should not accept the work. I am very concerned about the wiring in my car now… This is the third time that you’ve had it since the Bodywork was completed.

My first red flag was when we first dropped our car off we spoke with a gentleman who claimed to be the manager, he walked us through the process of repairing our car and two days later he no longer worked with dreamline and everything he had told us apparently wasn’t relaid to his employees. Next I believe dreamline could have had much better communication in the beginning I had to pry information out of them like pulling teeth they could have done a better job at reassuring us we were told no longer than 3 weeks out car took about 2 months in their shop and a few things we had mentioned we would like done with the windows and keys weren’t even looked at until we were in the park long lot waiting to pick up our vehicle. I think dreamline could be if it from treating the customer as if it were their own car. Thanks for getting the job done dreamline but frankly if you weren’t familiar with Porsche I would like to have known that from the beginning they went back on things they said quite often and because of alll this I would not allow them to paint our vehicle which is something else we wanted to pay for out of pocket and have decided not go back. Now we have one year warranty on the labor and parts and I’m nervous about that
