The car was repaired perfectly. The extra days in the shop caused me to spend a lot of money on a rental car. I know parts are probably hard to get with supply chain issues.

I was told the repair could be done in one day. I worked out a day to borrow my wife's car and my car was not touched. I found a new day over Christmas break from school and the repairs went 4 days later than the stated time.

Lack of communication is really my only complaint..

Overall service was good. However, I had to call multiple times to see when the anticipated date it would be done. That day would come, and I would never get a call, they changed the date like three times and each time I had to call to see if it was finished. I understand delays with getting parts. I just wish they would have communicated better with me. Overall, the vehicle looked great and they cleaned the inside and outside of my vehicle.
