Wesner Auto Body CARSTAR is an independently-owned collision repair facility specializing in small to medium repairs on residential and light commercial vehicles. We've been repairing vehicles for more than 60 years. Our body shop is known for its expertise, honesty, and personalized service. "First, the estimate is including the left, rear bumper, and rear, left panel the two major repairs and all the minor scratches around the truck about 5-6 of them that just need touch up. Second, after more than 12 days in the shop, I was called that, my truck is ready to pick up. We, two sons one was national guard, and one is an Airman, US Air Force. We were excited thought the repair was NOTHING but normal, since the bumper and the panel were simple repairs and touching up. As I am checking the bumper, it wasn't properly in place, big gap between them and left side of the bumper still loose. The panel was fine. But all the minor scratches and one tiny dent were NOT touch or NOT repaired. When I went inside and complaining, they said they will take a look at again. Then, we cannot take my truck home until next day. But after just one and half hour later, I was called that, my truck is ready to pickup again. We went back to the shop, Wesner Auto, the left side bumper finally repaired, wasn't loose any more but the tiny dent and minor scratches were NOT touch up. We went inside again, complaining about what were NOT repairs. They finally agreed to get them fix, touch up next day. Why I know, Wesner auto doing business for long time. Why they treated me this way They were able to do businesssurvive this long I Don't think so! Wesner auto crew: order the left side bumper, installed it, don't care whether looks right or not, pulled out the panel about 6 square inches, ignore the tiny dent, the minor scratches and call it good. Then have the guy pay. At first, I thought their crew probably young, inexperienced but they were older adults, like 40, 45, 50 or even 55 year old. I saw them in the shop. They have experience but refused to fix my truck properly. The bumper, panel, tiny dent, and all the scratches, we can do it ourselves but I believe I should leave it to the professional. The bumper, panel, tiny dent, all scratches they took photos all of them when the estimate was done. The repair costed me nearly $3000. Was it worth it NO, NO, NO! The original estimate was going to cost me only $1,499.00. I believed it because NOT a major repair. At the end, I paid over $2,800. Sorry, NO referral for me. Stay away!" Read less

2nd time I had my truck brought here for a deer collision. Both times I picked my truck up looking like new again. I would recommend Wesner's to anyone looking to have bodywork done to there vehicle. Knock on wood I don't have to be back anytime soon...but if I need bodywork done to my vehicle I will be definitely be going back to Wesner's!!
