Unless I called, I didn't get any info from the shop on when things were happening. I even had to call about the vehicle being ready for pick up. They were always friendly and helpful, but would have been nice to have a bit more contact from them about the repair.

Chad and his Team do excellent work, quality craftsmanship, very organized and professional. I have had three of my personal vehicles repaired there, over a decade. Several other vehicles repaired there when I worked as a Fleet Transportation Manager. Latest repair was my work pickup truck, aluminum bodied F150, neighbors friend backed into it. Chad brings in specialized repair subcontractors, they re riveted and sealed side panel of pickup bed as good or better than factory made. They take the time to have sensor people run scans to ensure latest safety features are operating correctly and resynched. They go above and beyond what other repair shops would do, treating vehicles as their own. When you walk into office, it’s organized chaos, yet personable and first name basis- as a contractor I know when I see parts and equipment I know these people are busy and there’s a good reason for that- quality workmanship.
