I called ten minutes before they closed on a Friday evening (they are not open on weekends) and asked if I could come and pick up my car. The person on the phone made it kind of obvious that she and the shop personnel were not too willing to accommodate me, even though I said I could get there at five or a minute past. She offered to stay, but was definitely not sounding like it would be a positive experience for me. I ended up telling her I would pick it up on the following Monday. I'll be honest, though, I really thought she would offer me a different option. I asked her if the car was going to be left outside, she told me it would be...seems strange she wouldn't just offer to let me come and get the car and pay on Monday. Rather than keep her from starting her weekend, I relented without any negativity toward her. I just thought that she really didn't care about making my life easier but was expecting me to not complicate her life. Why couldn't I have picked up the car and paid on Monday? The shop already received their pay (or promise to pay from American Family). My $500 co-pay was a small fraction of the total they made on the work.

The customer service at Dreher was great to work with. They explained the work that needed to be done, they discussed back log on when vehicle could be taken in and gave an honest time frame of how long work would take and work was completed in the time frame given.

The whole repair process was simple, from start to finish. Dreher was in constant communication with us throughout the entire time. They gave us updates including the timing of part deliveries and when our vehicle was scheduled to be done.
