Communication was good but this repair took FOREVER. I never dreamed it would be 2 months before I got my car back. We've been a 1 car family with kids for more than a month. It was frustrating. Would've been nice if they would've offered to communicate a timeline better to me and my insurance company

The wash and vacuum was SO very nice. Unfortunately, I had forgotten to mention to Victor a small rubber piece had come off from under the car. I had put in the floorboard, but left it. When I received the car back it was sitting on a paper in the passenger sit. It would have been ever so nice if you had checked with me about it since I live so far from the repair facility.

I am not satisfied they still have my vehicle and asking me to pay for PPF. Which they suppose to collect from the insurance too. And on the invoice it says insurance payed me that amount so I have to pay them. Which doesn’t make sense they want more money from me 2009 dollars

Absolutely loved their service. I couldn’t be any happier. Steve, one of the manager, helped me through the whole process and kept me on the loop. He replied to every question I had, and was patient with me. Pedro, the other manager, helped me while I was physically there and provided a wonderful customer service. This place is a repair shop you can trust. Definitely coming here again if something happens to my car.
