Depending on the type of works need done, i may not recommend it because it takes a long time to get done for friends who lives in the east side of town that needs a long driving time to the shop

It takes a very long time to get the vehicle fixed, once I was notified that the vehicle is ready, I went to pick up the car. However there was imperfections, paint dusts were stuck on the paint and corners were not aligned well to the body. It took another day and another trip to pick up my car. Once I got home, I realized the rear seats buttons were not working because the connectors were missed to be plugged back. I had to call Tesla mobile service to fix it.

It took a while to get some one to reply and schedule my appointment. No one picks up phone call and the promptness is lacking. However, the service manager stays on top of the case and provided updates weekly which I greatly appreciate it.

So accommodating! They helped me out in a bind and really made a frustrating experience a pleasant one. I had been working with another body shop which has been an utter nightmare.
