I rated a 9 bc we were still waiting on one last part to come in but I needed my car...you got the part the very next day...its my fault I couldnt wait on part to get in, I needed my car back. I’ve yet to bring car back in, but soon! The guys have been calling

Pedro gave me honest updates each time we spoke, which was appreciated. Car was there for longer than expected (3+ weeks) but really not a big deal in grand scheme of things, as Im WFH. Nicest part was that the staff was so kind to give me $250 off my $1000 deductible for the wait time. This was SO kind, SO unexpected, and SO appreciated. I’ll always bring my car to DC for all future repairs because of this act of kindness and customer service.

I truly appreciate the seriously great level of communication, detail about why and how car was affected, progress updates and most importantly, my beautiful car being returned to its pre-accident state!
