Make sure your customer has received some kind of time line for repair and return of vehicle. I was given no time initially, and I wasn't prepared to not have a car for a week. Otherwise, you guys are awesome - as usual!

Overall very nice work. There are a few issues that need to be corrected. There are three or four paint flaws and that my mirror which was broken in the accident wasn't replaced. The estimated specified a replaced fender emblem at 177.85 which wasn't done. I'll be in the morning to collect my parts, we can talk then.

They repaired my back bumper and it came out beyond my expectations. They cleaned the inside of the car which was totally unexpected. I would recommend them without question!

So far so good...there is a little tar or black adhesive of some kind on the rear door that was replaced, but other than that, the car looks immaculate
