I love how nice and inviting everyone was in the store! They spent lots of time explaining to me how everything works and answered my silly questions and made me feel a lot better. They even helped me with the rental car situation by explaining what to do. I love that they vacuumed my car as well! Highly recommend!!

It wasn’t totally fixed but it was easy to bring it back in to be looked at. That is when they realized other things weren’t right. They will order the parts and we will have to reschedule an appointment. I’m just surprised that having it for 10 days it wasn’t totally taken care of.

This is our second time using Driven Collision and we are extremely pleased with not only the work but also the communication that they provide. They have gone out of their way to make sure that we have been taken care of, even providing us with a rental when our insurance would not cover that service. We will for sure use Driven Collision and refer them to our friends and family for any bodywork that we need to have done.
