I was in a front end collision in my jeep wrangler, needed a new bumper, fender, some suspension work, and definitely needed the frame measured after the impact. I dropped my vehicle off and in a week I had received a call that it was ready for pickup. Upon arriving, they painted a new fender and got me a new bumper, but didn’t replace the stinger part of my winch bumper that was also damaged in the accident. Making matters worse, the technician zipped the bumper bolts down and it sucked the bumper back into freshly repaired grill. I was surprised this wasn’t caught before telling me my vehicle was ready to be picked up. I ended up making the shop aware of these issues, and that the frame needed to be measured if the bumper was pushed that far back. I gave them another opportunity to fix my jeep correctly. Upon going to pick it up the 2nd time, the bumper was aligned better. Not because the frame had been pulled back onto the correct place, but because they had just stacked a bunch of washers to get it to line up. My stinger bar had also still not been replaced. And they hadn’t bothered to fix the gouge the grill had in it from tightening the bumper the first time. I sent a link to the shop to order the stinger bar and made them aware of the frame issue one more time. Upon picking up for the 3rd time, the grill was fixed, but there was still washers stacked to space the bumper out. Keep in mind I installed this bumper the first time and it fit great. I did not have to ream out holes or stack washers. I understand that aftermarket parts don’t always fit correctly, but this was not one of those cases. I believe the shop refused to put in the necessary work to true the frame to make a 100% repair. I was also understanding and tried to give them a chance to redeem theirselves multiple times. There’s no way I could recommend this shop to anyone. They might be fine for hail jobs and minor collision. But I’m not sure they posses the talent to do true involved collision repair.
